Connecting to a Store

You can connect with another store via a unique Sync Code. Your Sync Code can be found on the Dashboard in the Syncerize app.
Connecting Destination Store
Source stores can connect and manage their store connections via the “Stores” tab in the Syncerize Dashboard. Your connected stores will display, and you can add the destination store at any time using the Add New Store button, which will appear when you hover over the destination store name.
Add a Destination Store to your Source Store
➡️ From Syncerize App, go to the “Store” tab and click on the “Add New Store” button.

➡️ A screen would prompt for the Sync Code of the Destination Store. Enter the store key. The store would be connected and reflected on your “Store” tab.

Connecting Source Store
Destination stores can connect and manage their store connections via the “Stores” tab in the Syncerize Dashboard. Your connected stores will display in the table, and you can Disconnect from a store at any time using the ‘Disconnect’ button, which will be displayed when you hover over the source store name.
Add a Source Store to your Destination Store
➡️ Go to your Destination Store’s “Store” tab and click on the “Add new store” button.

➡️ A screen would prompt for the Sync Code of the source store. Enter the store key. The store would be connected and reflected on your “Store” Tab.

Block And Unblock Destination Store
Block a connected Destination Store
➡️ Go to your Source Store “Store” tab.
➡️ Hover your cursor on the store you want to block.

The destination store would be blocked as displayed in the following image under the Blocked section.

Unblock a Destination Store
➡️ Go to your source store “Store” tab.
➡️ Click the “Reconnect” button, and the destination store will be connected again.


Disconnect and Reconnect Source Store
Disconnect a connected Source Store
➡️ Go to your Destination Store “Stores” tab.
➡️ Click the “Disconnect” button.

➡️ Select one of the options below and click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

➡️ Once you proceed, you will not be able to sync any product and push any order on this store, and the store will be disconnected, as highlighted below.

Reconnect a disconnected source store
➡️ Go to your destination store's “Stores” tab.
➡️ Choose the source store you want to reconnect with and click the “Reconnect” button.
