Once your store is set as a Destination store, you can manage all its connections, synced products, and order activity directly from the Store section in Syncerize.

This section acts as your control panel — helping you monitor the connection with your Source store, manage products, track orders, and generate performance reports easily.

Understanding the Destination store dashboard

Ensure you are logged in to your Shopify store and installed Syncerize successfully.

The Destination store’s dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the store's connections and activities.

  • Firstly, it includes the Destination store’s unique key.

  • The next section includes an “Upgrade Plan” button. By clicking this button, you can view detailed information about Syncerize pricing plans.

Whether you’re just getting started or already using Syncerize and wish to switch to a different plan, this option makes it easy to manage your subscription.

  • The third section on the dashboard consists of a Setup Guide. This step by step guide helps you connect your Destination store with your first Source store. Once stores are connected, you can sync products and start selling.

How to Connect a Destination store with Your First Source store?

  • Moreover, the dashboard displays: Number of stores connected, Available products, Total Orders received, synced products and revenue generated.

  • The dashboard also displays the details of the Pricing plan you opted for. Such as how much store connection connections are left, how many products are not synced and remaining orders to push in a month.

  • The information displayed on the dashboard represents an overall view of the store's products and orders. However, you can customize it as needed.

For example, if you don’t want to see all the data and only wish to view details from the last two months or the past week, navigate and click on the Calendar icon on the dashboard and select your preferred time range.

  • In addition to that, you can customize the time range by clicking on the Custom option.

  • At the end, the dashboard shows the number of products sold from your connected stores. It also provides an overview of the top-selling products and suppliers across all your connected stores.

Accessing the “Store” Section

To get started, navigate to the Stores tab in the left sidebar.

Here, you’ll find an overview of all your connected, blocked and disconnected Source stores along with key details like connection status, sync type, and store activity.

The
Store section:

When you click open the store section, at the top of store’s tab, you can see:

  • Add new store button

  • List of Connected stores

  • List of Blocked Stores

  • List of Disconnected Stores

Add a New Store button:

If you want to connect a new Source store to the Destination store, click the Add new store button.

A step-by-step guide to Add new store.

Connected Stores:

This section shows a list of all Source stores currently linked to your Destination store. By clicking on any connected store, you can easily view:

  • Store name

  • Order (details of fulfilled, unfulfilled, partially fulfilled orders)

  • Products (synced products & All available products)

  • Generate Report: This feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store. You can select a specific time range — for example, to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

  • Settings: the settings include Store Connection Settings. These settings are responsible for seamless synchronization and efficient order handling.

  • Firstly, you need to select your connected Source store from the list.

  • Now you can set up order push settings. Under this setting, you can choose which details to include along with an order when it is sent to the Source store for fulfilment.

For example if you only want to “forward customer detail”, tick mark that option only. It will forward the orders with customer details only.

  • Disable Automatic Order Push: when you select this option, your Destination store will not be able to forward or push orders automatically to the Source store for fulfilment. However, you can push the orders manually. (this feature is only for paid pricing plans. )

Next, under Product Sync Settings, choose a unique product identifier. This will ensure accurate product mapping (product mapping verifies that the right items are synced together—avoiding mismatched updates or incorrect inventory changes.)

Here, you have two options as product identifier:

  • SKU (Stock Keeping Unit): Used internally by a business to track products. It is customized and consists of letters, numbers, or both.

  • Barcode: Used externally for product identification and sales scanning. It's a standardized numeric code, usually with black-and-white stripes or a QR code.

Next, choose the product attributes you want to sync from the Source store. You can select a few or all. Also, if any of your product has a variant, you can select attributes of variants as well.

(Note: you can’t select/un-select Inventory as it is synced by default. However, if you are on a paid plan, you can request this feature from Syncerize. )

Disconnect: this feature allows you to disconnect your Destination store from a Source store. When you click disconnect, you’ll be asked to choose one of the following options

  • Disconnect & Do not delete the synced products: If you select this option, all your synced products will become un-synced, meaning they’ll no longer update automatically between stores. However, the products will still remain visible in your Shopify store — they won’t be deleted.

  • Disconnect & Delete the synced products: If you select this option, all your synced products will be un-synced and removed from your Shopify store as well.

(Once you disconnect the store, you’ll no longer be able to sync products or push orders to it.)

Choose accordingly and click Proceed.

Quick Tip: If you plan to reconnect the store later, it’s safer to choose the “Do not delete” option to avoid losing your synced product data.

Blocked Stores:

This section shows a list of Destination stores blocked by the Source store. (Destination store cannot block/unblock a Source store).

By clicking on any Blocked store, you can view:

Orders: it includes all the orders (before being blocked by Source store) such as:

  • Pushed orders: orders forwarded to Source store for fulfilment

  • Not pushed: orders not being forwarded to Source store for fulfilment

  • Partially pushed: This feature is useful when a Destination store is connected to multiple Source store(s), but you want to push orders for fulfilment to only a few of them instead of all.

(How to enable Partially Pushed Order settings?)

  • Cancelled: orders cancelled by the Destination store

Generate Report: This feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store in the past (before it was unblocked). You can select a specific time range. For example: to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

Disconnected Stores:

A Destination store can’t block/unblock itself from a Source store— it can only disconnect/reconnect itself from it. This list shows the number of Source stores you have disconnected from your Destination store.

By clicking on any store from the disconnected store list, you can view:

Orders: it includes all the orders such as:

  • Pushed orders: orders forwarded to Source store for fulfilment

  • Not pushed: orders not being forwarded to Source store for fulfilment

  • Partially pushed: This feature is useful when a Destination store is connected to multiple Source store(s), but you want to push orders for fulfilment to only a few of them instead of all.

  • Cancelled: orders cancelled by the Destination store

Generate Report: this feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store. You can select a specific time range — for example, to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

Reconnect: it will reconnect the Source store in case it's disconnected.
