Once you’ve connected your Source store, you can easily manage all its connected Destination stores and synced products — right from the Store section in Syncerize.

This section gives you full control over how your Source store interacts with other stores, helping you maintain smooth operations across multiple platforms.

Understanding the Source store dashboard

Ensure you are logged in to your Shopify store and have successfully installed Syncerize.

The Source store’s dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of the store's connections and activities.

  • Firstly, it includes the Source store’s unique key, which is a prerequisite for connecting and syncing your store with other stores — ensuring seamless connection and data consistency.

  • Moreover, the dashboard displays: Number of stores connected, Total available products, Synced products, Total number of orders received and the revenue generated by these orders.

  • You can select any store from the connected stores list and can view its specific details such as Synced products, number of orders received and revenue generated.

  • The last section of the dashboard displays the number of products sold from your connected stores.

The information displayed on the dashboard represents an overall view of the store's products and orders. However, you can customize it as needed.

For example, if you don’t want to see all the data and only wish to view details from the last two months or the past week, navigate and click on the Calendar icon on the dashboard and select your preferred time range.

In addition to that, you can customize the time range by clicking on the Custom option.
Accessing the “Store” Section

To get started, navigate to the Stores tab in the left sidebar.

Here, you’ll find an overview of all your connected, blocked and disconnected Destination stores along with key details like connection status, sync type, and store activity.

The Store section:

When you open the Store section, you’ll see the following at the top of the tab:

  • Add new store button

  • List of Connected stores

  • List of Blocked Stores

  • List of Disconnected Stores

  • Add a new store button: If you want to connect a new Destination store to the Source store, click the Add new store button.

Connected Stores:

This section shows a list of all Destination stores currently linked to your Source store. By clicking on any connected store, you can easily view:

  • Store name

  • Order (details of fulfilled, unfulfilled, partially fulfilled orders)

  • Products (synced products & All available products)

  • Generate Report: This feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store. You can select a specific time range — for example, to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

  • Block Store

Prevents a Destination store from accessing your Source store data and immediately un-syncs all previously synced products. Once the store is unblocked, you'll need to sync those products again.

Blocked Stores:

This section shows a list of all Destination stores currently blocked by the Source store. However, by clicking on any Blocked store, you can view:

  • Orders (details of fulfilled, unfulfilled, partially fulfilled orders)

  • Generate report: This feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store before it was blocked. You can select a specific time range. For example: to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

  • Unblock: This feature simply allows you to unblock a blocked Destination store and resume syncing.

Disconnected Stores:
The Source store cannot disconnect a Destination store. However, a Destination store can disconnect itself from the Source store. This list shows the number of Destination stores disconnected themselves from Source stores.

Note: you can reconnect easily if allowed by the Destination store.

By clicking on any store from the disconnected store list, you can view:

  • Orders: details of fulfilled, unfulfilled, partially fulfilled orders of the store before disconnecting.

  • Generate Report: This feature generates a report of orders pushed from the Destination store to the Source store in the past (before it was disconnected). You can select a specific time range. For example: to view orders pushed between January 20 to January 30.

Quick Tip: Generate reports regularly to monitor product or sales performance over time.
