Managing ORDERS In DESTINATION Store

Last Update 7 個月前

The Orders section in your Destination Store is where you can manage and track all orders that come from your customers and are synced through Syncerize.

This section gives you a quick overview of which orders have been pushed to the Source Store for fulfillment, which are still pending, and which have been cancelled or partially pushed.

Accessing the Order Section:

Ensure you are logged in to your Shopify store and installed Syncerize successfully. To get started, navigate to the Orders section in the left sidebar of your destination store.

The Orders tab displays a detailed overview of all your Not Pushed, Pushed, Partially Pushed and Cancelled orders. In addition to that, every order shows:

  • Order number: The unique order number for easy tracking.

  • Order date: When the order was created.

  • Customer name: The name of the customer who placed the order.

  • Payment status: Paid/unpaid

  • Fulfillment Status: fulfilled/unfulfilled/partially fulfilled

  • Synced items: items synced between source store and destination store

  • Tags: manually created tags by user

  • Shipment method

  • Amount paid for the order

You can click on any order to view it in detail.

Not Pushed Orders

These are new orders received in your destination store that haven’t yet been sent/pushed to the source store for fulfilment.

Quick Tip: If you want every new order to be pushed automatically, go to your Store Settings → Enable “Automatic Order Push”.

Pushed Orders

These are the orders that have already been forwarded to the source store for fullfillment.

When an order is pushed successfully, Syncerize sends all relevant details (like line items, customer info, shipping address, etc.) to the source store.

Note: Syncerize doesn’t forward every single order detail to the destination store. Instead, it only forwards certain data by default while restricting others for accuracy and control. Click here to view the complete list. (add link)

Partially Pushed Orders

This feature is useful when a destination store is connected to multiple source store(s), but you want to push orders for fullfilment to only a few of them instead of all.

(How to enable Partially Pushed Order settings?)

Cancelled Orders

Orders that were cancelled in the destination store will appear here as Cancelled Orders.
