The Order section in your Source Store within Syncerize helps you keep track of all the orders received from connected Destination Stores.

This section gives you a full overview of how orders are synced, their current statuses, fulfilment progress, and order push settings — all in one place.

Accessing the Order Section:

Ensure you are logged in to your Shopify store and installed Syncerize successfully.

To get started, navigate to the Orders section in the left sidebar of your source store.

The Orders tab displays a detailed overview of all your Unfulfilled, Partially fulfilled and Fulfilled orders. In addition to that, every order shows:

  • Order number: The unique order number for easy tracking.

  • Order date: When the order was created.

  • Customer name: The name of the customer who placed the order.

  • Payment status: paid/unpaid

  • Amount paid for the order

  • Connected destination stores: a list of connected destination stores with your source store

  • Destination order: it shows the destination store where the order originated.

  • Shipment method

  • Synced items

Note: Syncerize doesn’t forward every single order detail to the destination store. Instead, it only forwards certain data by default while restricting others for accuracy and control.

Unfulfilled Orders

It shows the orders that are received and yet not fulfilled from the source store.

The Unfulfilled section shows the order number, order date & time, customer name, fulfilment status, payment status, amount, destination store, destination order number, shipment method, and synced items.

You can click on any order to view order details. Moreover, you can add payment details and generate a report for your order by clicking Settings.

Generate Report: this feature helps you in generating a detailed invoice of your order.

Add Payment details: If the source store owner receives any payment by hand from the destination store, they can add that amount in this field.

Partially Fulfilled Orders

When a Destination Store sends an order to your Source Store, it may contain multiple products. If the Source Store fulfills (ships) only a few of those products — not the entire order — Syncerize marks that order as Partially Fulfilled. Also, in the destination store, that order will be marked as partially fulfilled.

In the partially fulfilled tab, you can see the order number, order date & time, customer name, status, payment status, amount, destination store, destination order number, shipment method, and synced items.

You can click on any Partially Fulfilled order to view its details. There, you'll see that some products have been fulfilled, while others are still unfulfilled.

Moreover, you can add payment details and generate a report for your order by clicking Settings.

Fulfilled Orders

It shows all the orders completely fulfilled by the source store.

The fulfilled section shows the order number, order date & time, customer name, fulfilment status, payment status, amount, destination store, destination order number, shipment method, and synced items.

You can click on any order to view order details. Moreover, you can add payment details and generate a report for your order by clicking Settings.

Note: When an order is placed in the destination store, it shows the destination store’s price. But when that order is forwarded to the source store, the source store’s own product price will be applied.
