Managing PRODUCTS In a Destination Store

The Product section in your Destination Store is where you manage all the products synced from your connected Source Store(s).
It helps you easily track, view, and control which products are synced (actively connected with a source store) and which are not synced (available from source store).
This section ensures you have full visibility and control over your product flow — from syncing to un-syncing and everything in between.
Ensure you are logged in to your Shopify store and installed Syncerize successfully.
To get started, navigate to the Products section in the left sidebar of your destination store..

The product tab displays a detailed overview of all your Sync Products and Un-synced Products. Moreover, at the top right of the tab, you can see the “Reload” button and pagination settings.
Reload: The reload feature refreshes the product page if any update is not showing. Typically, it refers to a manual or forced re-synchronization of data.
Pagination settings: this feature allows you to control how many products are visible on a single page of the dashboard or a list view. It shows 10 per page by default. However, you can increase it to 25 per page & 50 per page.

The Synced Products tab displays the items that are successfully connected between your Source Store(s) and Destination Store(s) through Syncerize. The tab also shows:
Product’s name
Product’s inventory (you can view inventory as highest to lowest and lowest to highest, both.)
Name of source store a product is connected
Variant of products (if any)
Status: Active/ Inactive
(Active means a product is available and visible for selling at store front)
(Inactive means product is available but not visible at store front for selling.)My Product: the name of product at destination store
In addition to this, you can Resync a product, check its History and Un-sync the product as well.

Resync: if any changes made in the Source Store aren’t showing up in your Destination Store, click Resync. This action will immediately pull the latest product updates (like price, stock, or description) from the Source Store to your Destination Store.
History: The History tab shows a record of the most recent updates made to a product such as sync actions. It helps you track when and what changes were last synced.
Unsync: When you unsync a product, Syncerize shows you two options:
- Unsync only: When you Unsync a product, the connection between the Source Store and Destination Store is stopped. The product will remain in your Destination Store, but it will no longer receive automatic updates from the Source Store.
- Delete & Unsync: the product will no longer be available for sync in the store and will be deleted permanently.

Unsynced Products
Un-synced Products are the items that are currently not connected to any Source Store. These products still appear in your Destination Store but won’t receive any automatic updates from the Source Store. The unsynced tab shows:
Product’s name
Connected source store of a product
Product’s Inventory
Total variants of a product
Status: Active/ Inactive
(Active means a product is available and visible for selling at store front)
(Inactive means product is available but not visible at store front for selling).

Bulk Map Products: this feature lets you connect products that already exist in both your source store and destination store — all at once, instead of one by one. (It saves time. Also, helpful in managing large inventories.)
In addition to this, you can Sync and Map the product as well.

Sync product: By clicking on the Sync feature, the product will be imported from (source store) to your (destination store) and starts syncing. You can view the product in the Synced tab.
Map Product: this feature helps you link or connect an existing product in your destination store to a product in your source store. This avoids creating duplicate items.
Bulk Sync: You can sync/unsync multiple products at once instead of doing it one by one. Simply click the small square checkbox on the left side of the tab — this will display an Action button. From there, choose the desired option (Sync/Unsync), and your selected products will be updated in bulk.

Quick tip: Before mapping, always check that SKUs and barcodes are identical — otherwise Syncerize won’t be able to link them.
