Order push failures, however, can occur for several reasons, disrupting your workflow and delaying fulfilment.

1. Unpaid Orders with Paid Check Enabled

Reason: If the order is marked as unpaid and the "Paid Check" feature is enabled, the system will prevent the order from being pushed.
Solution:

  • Ensure the order is marked as paid before attempting to push it.

  • Update the payment status in your store’s order settings.

2. Automatic Order Push Disabled for Specific Store
Reason: Automatic order push is enabled globally but disabled for a specific store. This mismatch prevents orders from being automatically pushed to that store.

Solution:

  • Manually push the order.

  • Alternatively, enable automatic order push for the specific store by updating the store's settings.

3. Product Disabled After Order Creation
Reason: If a product is disabled in the system after the order has been created, the order cannot be pushed to fulfillment.

Solution:

  • Ensure that all products linked to orders remain active and available until fulfillment is complete.

4. Store Blocked or Disconnected After Order Creation
Reason: If the store becomes blocked or disconnected from the system after the order is created, the order push will fail.

Solution:

  • Reconnect the store by verifying its credentials and status.

5. Plan Not Upgraded
Reason: If your plan does not meet the required limits, it can result in an order push failure.

Solution:

  • Upgrade your plan to enable order push and access all features.
6. Missing Customer Details

Reason: Orders cannot be pushed if the customer’s name, phone number, and email address are missing.

Solution: Ensure the customer’s name, phone number, and email address are added to enable smooth order processing.
