How to Sync/Unsync Products?

➡️ Product Sync feature is associated with product import functionality.

➡️ Destination Stores can choose the product description elements that they want to sync with the Source Store’s product descriptions.

➡️ This way, whenever a change happens to any of the synched elements at the Source Store, the same is reflected in the Destination Store in real-time.

➡️ With the connection between the source and destination store, the following properties are checked and marked for sync. But these can be edited later.

➡️When the product is synced first time, all properties will be copied from Source store to the Destination store. 

Product Properties Sync Elements:

  • Title
  • Description
  • Images
  • Product type
  • Status
  • Tags
  • Variant
  • Price
  • SKU
  • Barcode
  • Vendor
  • Metafields

You will need to switch to a paid plan to access the Product Properties adjust settings. 

Product Syncing

➡️ To Sync the Products, Go to the 'Products' section and Click 'Un Synced'. 

➡️Select the product you want to Sync and Click 'Sync'.

Product Unsyncing

➡️ To Unsync the Products, Go to the 'Products' section and open the tab 'Synced'. 

➡️Select the product you want to Unsync and Click 'Un-Sync'.

➡️When you choose to unsync a product, you will see two options: "Unsync Only" and "Delete and Unsync."
➡️Selecting "Unsync Only" will keep the product in the store but stop syncing it. Choosing "Delete and Unsync" will unsync and remove the product with all its saved attributes from the store.
➡️If you unsynced a product using the "Unsync Only" option, then you can resync it by performing product mapping.
➡️If you unsynced a product using the “Unsync and Delete”, then you need to follow the whole syncing process from the beginning to resync the product again.
