What are the reasons if inventory is not syncing?

Inventory is always synced by default. However, two conditions can cause issues in inventory syncing. 

  1. We use the default location of store for inventory syncing. But if you change the inventory location from your store's default location, then syncing will not occur. Syncerize does not support multi-locations at the moment.
  2. The second case is that, if the 'Track Quantity' check box is disabled from the product inventory, then syncing will not occur.

How to Enable the 'Track Quantity' Check Box?

  • To enable the 'Track Quantity' check box, open products from your Shopify store.
  • Select the product for which you wish to enable the 'Track Quantity' checkbox and ensure the box is checked.
  • If your product has variants, you must go into the inventory of product variants and check this box for each variant.

Note: Currently, we are not dealing with multi location syncing. It is recommended not to change the default location after you have started syncing orders.
