What are the reasons if inventory is not syncing?

In Syncerize, Real-time Inventory Sync is always enabled by default. However, following condition can cause issues in inventory syncing: 

  • Syncerize uses the store's default location for inventory syncing. However, if you delete the store's default inventory location, syncing will not occur. 
  • In additon to this, if you change the store's deafult inventory location (not delete), the syncing will occur but the products will be synced to the store's new location.  
  • Remember that: Syncerize does not support multi-locations at the moment.
