What is Smart Product Bulk Mapper in Syncerize?

If your products are already created in both the Source and Destination stores with the same SKUs/Barcodes, you need to map them to start syncing. You can bulk map all the products at once using either:

• Smart Product Bulk Mapper/Auto Bulk Mapper (for paid plans)
  
• Product Mapping CSV

How to map products with product mapping CSV? 

Smart Product Bulk Mapper: By using a unique identifier like SKU or Barcode, this feature locates matching products in your source store and maps them for you. After that, syncing begins automatically according to your configured product sync preferences. 

How to Bulk Map Products via Smart Product Bulk Mapper? 

Here’s the process: 

1. On your Destination store, go to the Products page → Unsynced tab.
2. On the upper right corner of the Unsynced tab, click the button Bulk Map Products → Product auto bulk mapper.
3. Product auto bulk mapper” tab will be opened. Here, you need to select the connected source store you want to bulk map products for.
4. Select the product's unique identifier: Barcode or SKU.
5. Next you need to select one option from the following:

• Map using the first match: If the destination store has more than one product with the same SKU/Barcode, the system will map the source product to the first matching product it finds.

• Skip mapping: If the destination store has multiple products with the same SKU/Barcode, the system will not map the source product to any of them. Instead, the mapping for that source product will be skipped.
  
• Click “initiate Mapping” to start the auto bulk mapping job.

Remember:

• In step 05, the options "map using the first match" or "skip mapping" isn't available in the Shopify → WooCommerce integration.
  (In this integration, Shopify is the source store and WooCommerce is the destination store).
  
  The reason is: WooCommerce, by default, does not allow multiple variants to share the same SKU or barcode. So, you can not create more than one products or variants having identical SKUs or barcodes.
  
  

• You can run only one Auto Bulk Mapper job for one connected store at a time. Once it is completed, you can run the next job.
  
  

6. Once the bulk map job is finished, you’ll see a banner on the top of the tab. You can also see the Notification section to  check the status of mapping.

NOTE:
you can add a maximum of 100 variants per product. If you add more than 100 variants in your Shopify store, Syncerize will only map the first 100 variants during product mapping. Any additional variants will not be mapped. This applies to both bulk product mapping and single-product mapping.
