Source and Destination Store Overview

Syncerize App contains all of your information in an easy-to-navigate structure. You can find all of your store information based on your store type, which is mentioned at the top right corner of your store Dashboard as highlighted in the attached screens.


Source Store Navigation:
Dashboard
Displays your store’s Sync Code. Monthly statistics show how many destination stores are connected, products are synced, and orders are pushed.

Products
Shows a list of all products created by the source store, either made available for the destination stores to sell in their store or not. It also shows the source store products that have been synced or can be synced.
All the products are divided into three categories:- Synced
- All Available Products
- Settings

In 'Settings', there are three options available:
- Individual Product Selection: By default, this option is selected. It means that only the products you manually select from your store will be visible in the "All Available Products" category. You have full control over which specific products are shown.
- All Products: If you click on 'All Products,' you no longer need to manually select each product. Instead, all products in your store will be made visible in the "All Available Products" category. This option displays every item you have in your store.
- Tags: When you choose the 'Tags' option, you can specify that only products falling under a specific tag or category should be made available in the "All Available Products" category. This way, you can organize and display products based on their associated tags.

Stores
View details of Connected, Blocked, and Disconnected destination stores and the option to add new destination stores.
For connected stores, you can also perform the following actions:
- View synced products
- View pushed orders
- Generate report
You can also block the already connected stores.

Orders
Display details of orders received from the connected destination stores. Here you can also find the details of whether or not the destination store’s pushed orders are fulfilled by you. You can filter products based on the destination store. Orders are categorized as:
- Unfulfilled
- Partially Fulfilled
- Fulfilled

Notifications
View notifications for any action performed regarding orders, products, and stores.

Settings
From here you can Enable/Disable E-mail notifications.

Destination Store Navigation:
Dashboard
Displays your store’s Sync Code. Monthly statistics of how many source stores are connected, orders placed, synced products, and no. of orders pushed for fulfillment during the current month. It also shows the remaining features under your current plan.

Products
The tab shows the list of all connected source store’s available products, either synced or not synced. You can filter products based on the source store. You can view product details, sync & un-sync, and change product properties sync settings.

Stores
This is the Tab to view a list of Connected, Blocked, and Disconnected Source stores and the option to add a new Source store.
For each connected Source store, you can perform the following actions:
- View Products
- View orders
- Generate report
- Adjust settings
- Disconnect

Orders
Displays a list of orders placed at your online destination storefront and the option to push orders to the connected source store. Here you can:
- Filter orders based on the source store.
- Push orders to the source store.
- View order not pushed, pushed, partially pushed, and canceled.

Notifications
View notifications for any action performed regarding orders, products, and stores.

Settings
Here, you can change shipping and billing addresses, enable/disable notifications, enable/disable automatic push, and add the currency exchange rate.
